NOTE the cost of bills payable with the rent:

a. is based on full council tax exemption;
b. is subject to use for the metered bills of gas and electricity
c. may change if in future if bill prices change or government support for energy prices changes
d. costs for gas and electricity are based on the current the UK Government Energy Price Guarantee (EPG) in place until the end of June 2023. This price will change from 1st July. Nobody knows yet whether the UK Government will continue to offer support after June. However, there is expectation that energy prices might even come down.

Sharing With
4 postgrad / mature students. Current housemates staying on for next academic year are 2 female masters and 1 male PhD student. Another female matire studennt is movin in from 1st Sep - age range 22 to 30.
