NOTE the cost of bills payable with the rent: a. is based on full council tax exemption; b. is subject to use for the metered bills of gas and electricity c. may change if in future if bill prices change or government support for energy prices changes d. costs for gas and electricity are based on the current the UK Government Energy Price Guarantee (EPG) in place until the end of June 2023. This price will change from 1st July. Nobody knows yet whether the UK Government will continue to offer support after June. However, there is expectation that energy prices might even come down.

Parking:	On street parking with a mixture of resident and non-resident permit spaces available. You can usually park within 50-100 metres of the house - i.e. within the same block of terraced houses.
